Newark & Essex County
Headshot Photographer in Newark, NJ
Corporate headshots and executive portraits for the downtown towers near Newark Penn Station, the law firms around the courts, and Newark’s universities, hospitals and nonprofits.
Newark is New Jersey’s largest city and home to some of the state’s biggest employers. Insurance, financial and utility headquarters fill the towers around Newark Penn Station, Gateway Center and Military Park. The federal and county courts support a large legal community, and universities, hospitals, cultural institutions and nonprofits employ thousands more.
Rob Wilson is a headshot photographer who brings a complete studio to your building. He sets up lighting and a backdrop in a conference room in about 20 minutes and photographs everyone with the same setup, so your directory, website and LinkedIn profiles all match.
Rob has photographed New Jersey professionals since 1993.
What you can expect

- Department and floor scheduling for large headquarters
- Matching attorney portraits for firm bio pages
- Provider and faculty photos for directories
- Executive portraits on the same visit
Downtown towers and headquarters
High-rise buildings bring a specific routine: a certificate of insurance for building management, a loading dock and freight elevator for equipment, garage parking and security check-in. We confirm those details with your facilities team before the day and arrive early so the first person on your schedule starts on time. For large groups we plan an on-site team headshot day by department and floor.
Law firms near the courts
Firms around the federal courthouse and the county courts need attorney bio photos that match across the whole website. We photograph partners, associates and staff with the same lighting and framing, and can match an existing firm style. See our law firm headshots.
Universities, hospitals and nonprofits
Academic departments, hospital teams and nonprofit organizations need consistent faculty, provider and staff photos for directories and websites. We can photograph a whole department in one session, schedule medical headshots around shifts, and return for new arrivals.
Executive portraits and events
Leadership teams can add executive portraits with a skyline, lobby or boardroom background on the same visit as staff headshots. Organizations hosting conferences or galas can also add a conference headshot booth or corporate event photography.
Newark and nearby areas
We also photograph companies in the Ironbound, Harrison, Kearny, Bloomfield, Montclair, the Oranges and Livingston. Nearby, see our pages for Elizabeth, Secaucus and Hudson County and Summit. Our guide to how a headshot day works covers what to tell your team beforehand.
