Corporate Event Photographer in New Jersey
Conference, gala, awards and product launch photography for New Jersey companies, with an optional headshot booth for attendees.
A corporate event is a big investment, and most of its value lasts only as long as the photos. The marketing team needs images for social media the next day, the sponsors want proof of their presence, and leadership wants a record of who spoke and who attended.
Rob Wilson has worked as a corporate event photographer in New Jersey for years alongside his headshot work. He brings the same comfort with executives and the same attention to light to ballrooms, hotel conference centers and company offices, and he works quietly so the event runs on its own terms.

Conferences and company meetings
Conferences call for broad coverage: keynote speakers on stage, panel discussions, breakout sessions, sponsor booths, registration and networking. We review the agenda ahead of time, identify the moments that matter most to you, and plan where to be for each one. Hotel ballrooms and convention spaces often have mixed, dim lighting, so we bring equipment to handle it.
Galas, awards and recognition events
For galas and award dinners, the priority is people. Honorees receiving awards, executives presenting, guests on the step-and-repeat and candid moments at the tables. We coordinate with your event planner on the run of show so award presentations and group photos are captured in sequence without slowing the program down.
Product launches and internal events
Product launches need clean images of the product, the presenters and the audience reaction, often for same-week press and social posts. Internal events such as town halls, anniversary celebrations and team offsites need warm, natural candids that make employees look good. Tell us how the images will be used and we will shoot with that in mind.
Add a headshot booth
One of the most popular add-ons is a headshot booth. We set up a full lighting station in a corner of the venue, and attendees step in for a professional headshot between sessions. It gives guests something to take home, gives sponsors a draw, and gives your organization a set of current attendee or member photos. See our conference headshot booth page for details.
If you also want video of the event, see corporate video production for recap and interview options. Request an event quote with your date and venue.

Can you run a headshot booth during our event?
Yes. A headshot booth can run alongside event coverage so attendees get a professional headshot between sessions.
How soon do we get event photos?
We agree the delivery date before the event, so you know exactly when the full gallery will arrive. If you need a handful of images for social media right away, tell us when you book.
Do you need a shot list?
It helps. Send the agenda and a list of key people, sponsors and moments, and we will plan coverage around them.
