Corporate Photography for New Jersey Industries
Every industry has its own rhythm, dress code and compliance rules. Here is how on-site headshots and corporate photography fit the way your field works.
A trading floor in Jersey City, a research campus in Somerset County and a nonprofit office in Asbury Park all need professional photos, but the details differ. Who signs off, what people wear, how much time staff can step away and what the building requires of visiting vendors all change from one field to the next.
Rob Wilson has photographed New Jersey professionals since 1993. Below is a short guide to how we approach the industries we work with most. Law firms and healthcare organizations have their own detailed pages.
What you can expect
- Industry-aware scheduling around courts, patients, markets and classes
- Planning around corporate security, badges and vendor requirements
- Matching headshot styles across offices and departments
- Headshots, executive portraits and workplace photos in one visit
- FAA-certified drone aerials for real estate and facilities
Law firms
Partner portraits and consistent attorney headshots for firm websites and bios.
Medical & healthcare
Physicians, practice teams and hospital departments, in white coats or scrubs.
Law firms
Attorney bios are the most visited pages on most firm websites, so consistency matters. We match existing firm styles, schedule around court calendars and add partner portraits in the same visit. Read more about law firm headshots.
Healthcare and medical practices
Physician directories, dental practice sites and health system listings need warm, consistent provider photos taken without slowing down patient care. We work around shifts and offer white coat and business options. See our page on medical headshots.
Financial services
Advisors, wealth managers and banking teams are often photographed for regulated marketing materials, team pages and client-facing profiles. These offices tend to have strict visitor check-in, so we coordinate building access and paperwork in advance. Many firms combine individual headshots with executive portraits of leadership for annual reports and press.
Pharmaceutical and life sciences
New Jersey has a deep concentration of pharmaceutical and life sciences employers, especially along the central corridor. These shoots often happen on secured campuses with badge escorts and photography rules about labs and screens. We plan around those rules, photograph departments in sequence, and can add workplace images where permitted. Larger groups are usually handled as an on-site team headshot day.
Real estate teams
Brokerages and commercial real estate groups need matching agent headshots, team photos and sometimes property imagery. Rob holds an FAA drone certificate, so aerial stills and video of a listing or development can be scheduled alongside headshots. See commercial and workplace photography.
Education and nonprofits
Schools, colleges and nonprofit organizations need staff and board photos for websites, annual reports and grant materials, often on a tight budget and with people spread across schedules. A single well-planned session day photographs staff, leadership and a group shot in one visit. Request a quote and we will plan a session day around your group.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you only work with the industries listed here?
No. These are the fields we see most often in New Jersey. If your company is in another industry, the on-site process works the same way.
Can you work on a secured campus?
Yes. Tell us about badge, escort and vendor requirements when you book, and we will work through them with your team before the shoot day.
Can you photograph headshots and workplace images on the same day?
Yes. Many clients book headshots in the morning and candid or facilities photography in the afternoon.
Do you have examples from my industry?
Ask when you request a quote and we will share relevant work, or browse the portfolio.

Share your industry, headcount and location, and we will recommend the right session plan.
