Medical Headshots for New Jersey Practices and Health Systems
Doctor, dental and care team headshots photographed at your practice, scheduled around patient hours so the schedule keeps moving.
Patients look up their doctor before the first appointment. They see the photo on the practice website, the health system’s find-a-doctor directory, insurance listings and review sites. A warm, professional image helps a nervous patient feel they already know who will walk into the exam room.
Rob Wilson photographs medical headshots on location across New Jersey, setting up a full portable studio in a break room, conference room or empty exam space. Physicians, dentists, nurses, therapists and front-desk staff step in one at a time between appointments, so the day’s schedule stays on track.
From a single physician who needs a new profile photo to a department refreshing every provider listing, the approach is the same: consistent lighting, a backdrop that matches your brand, and portraits that look caring and competent.

Doctor and physician headshots for directories
Hospital and group-practice directories show dozens of physicians side by side. When the photos are inconsistent, the directory looks neglected. We set a standard for framing, background and lighting and keep it for every provider, and we can match an existing directory style so a newly credentialed physician fits in with colleagues photographed years ago.
White coat or business attire is your call. Many practices photograph both: a white coat image for the clinical directory and a jacket image for speaking, publications and LinkedIn.
Dental practices and smaller offices
A dental office or specialty practice often has a small team and a busy chair schedule. We work around it. Rob can photograph the dentists, hygienists and office staff during a lunch block or before the first patient, and add a team group photo for the About page. Individual practitioners who prefer to come to us can book a session at the Freehold headshot studio.
Healthcare team headshots at scale
For health systems, outpatient networks and departments with many providers, we plan the day like any large on-site team headshot session: an order of the day built around shifts, a setup near where staff already are, and a flow that keeps everyone moving. Night and weekend staff can be scheduled into a second session if needed.
If your facility requires vendor credentials, a badge or an escort, let us know when you book and we will work through it ahead of time. Request a quote with your provider count and shift pattern.
Residency and ERAS application photos
Medical students applying through ERAS and fellows applying for their next position need a clean, professional photo that meets the application’s requirements. Check the current ERAS photo specifications, then book an individual session. Rob will photograph you in professional attire against a plain backdrop so you have an image you can crop and upload, and that also works for LinkedIn and your program profile.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can you photograph our providers without disrupting patient care?
Yes. We schedule each provider into a short slot between patients or during a lunch block, and the setup stays in one room for the whole session.
Should doctors wear a white coat in their headshot?
Many health systems prefer a white coat for clinical directories. Some providers also want a jacket and tie or blazer version for publications and LinkedIn. We can do both in the same session.
Do you photograph dental offices?
Yes. Dentists, hygienists and front-office staff can all be photographed on site, and we can add a group photo of the team.
Can you match our hospital's existing directory photos?
Send us a few examples from the current directory and we will match the backdrop, lighting and crop so new providers look consistent with existing ones.
Do you take photos for residency applications?
Yes. Book an individual session for a clean professional headshot that you can size to the current ERAS requirements.
