Executive & leadership portraits
Executive headshots and portraits for New Jersey leaders
Executive headshots and environmental portraits for CEOs, partners, founders and leadership teams, photographed in your offices or in our Freehold studio.
More than a headshot
A portrait that carries a press release
When your CEO appears in a newspaper, a funding announcement or the first page of an annual report, the photo has a job to do. It should look confident without looking stiff, and modern without looking trendy.
Executive sessions are slower and more deliberate than a team headshot day. We talk through where the image will be used, choose two or three settings, and direct posture, angle and expression until the portrait matches the person. The same care applies to new partners, practice leaders and department heads.
Typical uses
- Leadership and About pages
- Press releases and media kits
- Annual reports and investor materials
- Conference speaker bios and programs
- Board and partner announcements
- LinkedIn for senior leaders
In your office
Lobbies, windows, boardrooms and architectural details become the background, lit so the person stays the focus.
Classic studio portrait
Painted canvas or seamless backdrops for a timeless portrait that suits print and press.
Leadership groups
Boards, partners and executive teams posed for balance, ready for a website banner or a report spread.
Leadership team portraits
Your leadership team, together
A leadership group portrait needs planning: who stands where, how heights and wardrobe balance, and how the image crops for a wide website banner and a vertical slide. We work it out before anyone walks in, so the busiest people in the company are in and out quickly.
Questions
Executive portrait FAQ
What is the difference between a headshot and an executive portrait?
A headshot is a tight, consistent photo for directories and LinkedIn. An executive portrait has more room and more intent: a longer session, a choice of settings, and images designed for press releases, annual reports, conference programs and the About page.
Can you photograph our leadership team in our own office?
Yes, and it often makes the strongest portraits. We scout the space when we arrive, then use lobbies, windows, boardrooms and architectural details as backgrounds, lit so the person stays the focus.
Can you work around busy executive calendars?
Yes. We plan the session around the time each leader actually has, keep the setup ready, and can photograph people between meetings. Tell us how many looks you need and we will suggest a realistic plan.
Do you photograph boards and leadership groups together?
Yes. Group portraits of boards, partners and leadership teams are planned for height, spacing and wardrobe so everyone reads clearly, whether the photo runs on a website banner or a printed report.
Can executives come to the studio instead?
Yes. The Freehold studio suits executives who want a private, unhurried session away from the office.
