Sessions inside a large multi-tenant building have their own routine: confirming your suite or a reserved meeting room, where to load in, and how guests check in at the front desk. We agree on the date, the room, the backdrop and the look, and you share a short preparation guide with your team.

You set the order of the day around meetings and departments, and we work to it so nobody loses an afternoon.

Photograph
Rob sets up a full studio in a conference room in about 20 minutes and coaches every person through it.

Deliver
The selected portraits are retouched, and you receive a consistent set ready for your website, LinkedIn and directory.

Do you photograph companies inside Bell Works?
Yes. We set up in your suite or in a meeting room you reserve in the building, and coordinate check-in and load-in with your office manager.
We are a small startup. Is an on-site session worth it?
Often, yes. Even a handful of people benefits from matching headshots. If not everyone is in the office, the rest can come to our Freehold studio for the same look.
