Most of our work happens at our clients’ offices, not ours. Rob Wilson loads a complete lighting kit and backdrops into the car, drives to your building, and has a working studio set up in a conference room in about 20 minutes. Distance inside New Jersey is rarely the deciding factor. The size of the group and the schedule are.

Hudson, Bergen, Essex and Union
Financial firms on the Jersey City waterfront, offices in Hackensack and Paramus, Newark’s legal and corporate towers, and Union County businesses. Waterfront and Newark towers typically mean garage parking and a freight elevator, so we confirm building rules with your facilities team first.
South Jersey, New York City and Bucks County
We travel to Cherry Hill, Camden and Burlington County for on-site sessions, and photograph in New York City and Bucks County, Pennsylvania on request. Larger groups make longer trips practical, and travel is simply part of the quote we put together for you.

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for travel within New Jersey?
Travel is factored into the quote based on location and group size. Request a quote with your address and headcount for an exact figure.
Can you photograph several of our offices so everyone matches?
Yes. We schedule a day at each location using the same backdrop and lighting setup, so every office ends up with matching headshots.
Is there a minimum group size for on-site sessions?
There is no strict minimum: we photograph individuals, small teams and whole companies on site. Smaller groups farther away may be better served at the Freehold studio, and we will tell you honestly which option fits.
What does a session day look like?
We arrive, set up in about 20 minutes, and photograph people one at a time in the order you set for the day. Our How It Works page walks through each step.
