Corporate Headshots in Morristown and Morris County
On-site headshots and executive portraits for the headquarters, campuses and law firms between the Morristown Green and the I-287 corridor.
Morris County is one of New Jersey’s densest headquarters belts. Corporate offices line I-287, Route 10 and Columbia Turnpike, and a cluster of law firms, financial advisors and professional practices surround the Morristown Green. The county also has some of the highest finance and professional-services employment in the state.
For these employers, corporate headshots in Morristown and Morris County are usually about consistency at scale: a leadership team that needs fresh portraits, hundreds of employees who need matching photos for the intranet and LinkedIn, and new hires every month who need to fit the same look.
Rob Wilson brings a complete studio to your office, sets it up in about 20 minutes, and photographs your people with the same lighting and backdrop from the first person to the last.
What you can expect

Headquarters campuses along I-287 and Route 10
Parsippany, Florham Park, Whippany and the neighboring towns are home to large corporate campuses and multi-tenant office parks. These buildings bring a specific set of logistics: visitor registration in advance, vendor paperwork, a loading dock or side entrance for equipment, and a room reserved through a facilities system.
We handle that paperwork before the day and arrive early enough to be fully set up before your first scheduled person walks in. If your company is based there, see our page on corporate headshots in Parsippany or Florham Park. For large headcounts we plan an on-site team headshot day by department and floor.
Law firms and practices near the Morristown Green
Downtown Morristown is a different kind of shoot. Offices are smaller, often in older buildings or upper floors near the Green and South Street, and parking usually means a municipal deck or metered street spaces. We bring a compact setup that fits a conference room or a partner’s office.
Firms here often want attorney bio photos that match across the whole site. See how we handle law firm headshots, including matching an existing firm style.
Leadership portraits for Morris County executives
Headquarters companies need more than bio headshots. Annual reports, investor materials, press releases and leadership pages call for executive portraits with an environmental background: a lobby, a glass-walled meeting room, a view of the campus. We scout the space on arrival and photograph executives on the same visit as staff headshots.
Keeping several offices consistent
Many Morris County companies have teams in Madison, Morristown and Parsippany, plus remote staff. We can return to each site with the same setup, or schedule remote employees on an in-office day. The result is one consistent headshot style across the whole organization. Our headshot day planning guide helps coordinators manage multiple locations, and a quick quote request is the easiest way to start. Covering offices outside the county too? Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you come to corporate campuses in Parsippany and Florham Park?
Yes. Most of our Morris County work happens at corporate offices and campuses. We coordinate visitor access and equipment loading with your facilities team ahead of time.
Our building has strict vendor requirements. Can you work with them?
Yes. Let us know your building’s requirements when you book and we will work through them with your facilities team before the shoot.
Can we do executive portraits and employee headshots on the same day?
Yes. Many companies schedule leadership portraits first and then move to staff headshots for the rest of the day.
Our law firm is near the Morristown Green. Is there room for your setup?
Almost always. A standard conference room is enough space for a full setup.
Can new hires be photographed later to match?
Yes. We can photograph new hires on the same backdrop and lighting style so they match the existing team.
