What actually happens
We arrive early, set up in the room you have booked and test the light on the first volunteer. From then on people come in at their turn, see a few frames on the screen, adjust if they want, and head back to their desk.

Remote headshot apps vs. a real session
Why not a headshot app?
Self-serve and AI headshot services are cheap and they are fine for a single profile picture. For a company they tend to produce faces that do not quite look like the person, lighting that changes from photo to photo, and no one to tell your CFO to drop their chin. A professional session gives you real people, coached and lit the same way, with an image everyone signs off on.

How much space do you need at our office?
A conference room or open area of roughly 10 by 12 feet, a standard outlet, and somewhere for people to wait for a minute. We set up in about 20 minutes and leave the room exactly as we found it.
How do we organize who comes in when?
However works best for your office. Most companies send people through by department or floor, and the setup stays in place so anyone pulled into a meeting can come back later in the session.
Can we match the headshots we already have?
Usually, yes. Send us a few current headshots and we will match the backdrop color, lighting direction and crop as closely as possible, so new photos sit naturally beside the old ones.
What about people who work remotely or in another office?
We can photograph additional New Jersey offices on the same setup, plan a make-up session, or see remote employees at the Freehold studio so everyone matches.
Do employees get a say in their photo?
Yes. People see their frames during the session and can adjust before moving on. The selected portraits are retouched, and you receive a consistent set ready for the website, LinkedIn and your directory.
